Terms of Use

1. Service. The Present Verse provides time‑aligned poems. We may update or change features over time.
2. Trial. On first install, you receive 24 hours of full access. After the free period ends, new poems require an active subscription.
3. Subscription. Auto‑renewing subscriptions are offered at $2.99/month or $29.99/year via Apple In‑App Purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings.
4. Payments. All billing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details.
5. Content. Poem content is provided for personal, non‑commercial use.
6. Availability. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date will be revised when changes are made.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
